Deleting Your BetaStudy Account
BetaStudy is an IT certification exam preparation app operated by SPLEXX INNOVATION DYNAMICS LTD. You can permanently delete your account and all data attached to it at any time.
Permanent & Irreversible ActionOnce deleted, your account cannot be recovered. All exam history, question progress, custom tests, streaks, and bookmarks will be permanently removed.
Method 1
From the Web App
If using BetaStudy in your desktop or mobile browser:
- 1Sign into betastudy.app/login.
- 2Go to Settings.
- 3Scroll to the Danger Zone.
- 4Click Delete Account, enter password & confirm.
Method 2
From the Mobile App
If you have the BetaStudy app installed on your phone:
- 1Open the BetaStudy app.
- 2Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
- 3Confirm your email address.
- 4Confirm once more when prompted.

If you have already uninstalled BetaStudy or cannot log in:
Send an email from your registered account address to:
privacy@betastudy.appInclude “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line. We will verify and process your deletion.

Data Retention & Deletion Breakdown
What is permanently deleted
- •Account & Profile: Email address, name, password hash, profile avatar, and sign-in credentials.
- •Study History & Answers: Complete log of answered questions, practice exam attempts, and custom quizzes.
- •Performance Metrics: Domain readiness scores, accuracy ratings, weak-area analytics, and test statistics.
- •Progress & Personalization: Daily streaks, study streaks, flashcard review states, bookmarks, and AI study plans.
What is retained & why
- •Billing & Tax Records: Invoices, payment confirmations, and transaction IDs are retained for statutory financial and tax compliance periods (typically 7 years).
- •Isolation Safeguard: Retained accounting records are stored in secure, encrypted archives isolated from study data and are never used for marketing or user profiling.
- •Security Logs: Rate limiting and fraud protection logs are rotated and deleted automatically within standard statutory security cycles.
