Deleting Your BetaStudy Account

BetaStudy is an IT certification exam preparation app operated by SPLEXX INNOVATION DYNAMICS LTD. You can permanently delete your account and all data attached to it at any time.

Permanent & Irreversible ActionOnce deleted, your account cannot be recovered. All exam history, practice questions, custom quizzes, streaks, notes, and bookmarks will be permanently removed.
Method 1

From the Web App

If you are using BetaStudy on a desktop or mobile browser:

  1. 1Sign into your account at betastudy.app/login.
  2. 2Go to Dashboard → Settings.
  3. 3Scroll down to the Danger Zone.
  4. 4Click Delete Account, enter your password, and confirm.
Method 2

From the Mobile App

If you have the BetaStudy app installed on your Android or iOS phone:

  1. 1Open the BetaStudy app on your device.
  2. 2Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
  3. 3Enter and confirm your registered email address.
  4. 4Confirm once more when prompted. Deletion is immediate.

If App Is Uninstalled

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign into your account:

Send an email from your registered account address to:

privacy@betastudy.app

Include “Account Deletion Request” in the subject line. We will verify ownership, delete your data, and email confirmation.

  • •Progress & Personalization: Daily streaks, bookmarks, notes, and study plans.

What is retained & why

  • •Billing & Tax Records: Invoices and transaction references are retained for 7 years to satisfy statutory accounting and tax regulations.
  • •Isolation Safeguard: Retained accounting archives are securely encrypted and completely decoupled from your deleted learning data.
  • •Security Logs: Rate limiting and fraud prevention logs cycle and purge automatically according to standard security retention schedules.
