1. Satisfaction Guarantee

At BetaStudy, we are confident in the quality of our certification preparation materials. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you feel that our platform did not meet your expectations, we offer a refund policy as described below.

2. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full 30-day money-back guarantee for all new Pro subscribers. If you request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, we will provide a full refund of your subscription fee.

This guarantee applies to the first payment of a new subscription only. It does not apply to subscription renewals.

3. Renewals and Cancellations

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods or unused time within an active subscription period.

4. Exceptions and Abuse

While we honor our 30-day guarantee, we reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of apparent abuse. Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to:

  • Requesting a refund after downloading or scraping extensive amounts of our study materials or questions.
  • Requesting multiple refunds for the same account or by the same user.
  • Violating our Terms of Service.
